  • 6 plum tomatoes, diced
  • ½ med. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • ⅛ tsp. oregano
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. pepper
  • ½ avocado diced

Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients and serve immediately.
