If you want the crunch and heat of a good salsa, but aren’t a fan of tomatoes, this might be the salsa for you.  The three jalapeños make this dip quite zippy.


  • 1 European cucumber, diced
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
