Mango and coconut water bring a fresh, tropical flavor to this filling green smoothie. Chia seeds provide body. Almonds provide protein. It will fill you up and cool you down.

Ingredients

  • 1 (11.2 oz.) bottle coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • ¼ cup raw whole almonds
  • 1 scoop whey protein
  • ¼ tsp. ginger

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
