A fantastic, cold treat for that hot summer’s day. This smoothie is especially great for pouring into popsicle molds. A few hours in the freezer will give you a creamy treat for little hands!


  • 1 very ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened tart cherries
  • 1 cup skim milk


  1. Put banana, frozen cherries and milk in the container of an electric blender; purée until smooth. Serve immediately.
