Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup cashews
  • ΒΌ cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until mixture starts to stick together.
  2. Scrape mixture onto a sheet of waxed paper and flatten into a rectangle.
  3. Slice into 12 bars. Store in fridge.
