Cantaloupe-Blueberry Salad

  • 2 cups cantaloupe, cubed
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Cabot Greek Lowfat Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet All Natural Mint
  • 1/4 cup Cascadian Farm Oats N’ Honey Granola


1. Toss cantaloupe and blueberries in a large bowl.

2. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, honey, lemon juice and lemon zest.

3. Pour dressing over the fruit and toss.

4. Sprinkle crushed granola and mint on top.
