Ingredients

  • 4 bananas, peeled
  • 1½ cup skim milk
  • 1½ cup plain, non-fat yogurt
  • ¼ tsp. rum extract
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except nutmeg to blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 serving glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
