If you’re looking for an easy way to a hot breakfast, believe it or not, cookies may be a great solution. Mix a large batch of this cookie dough up when you have time and overly ripe bananas. Scoop the dough onto a cookie sheet and freeze the entire sheet. Once they’re frozen solid, put them in an air-tight container, and whenever you want a hot, hands-off breakfast option, pop a few in the oven when you get up. They’ll be ready to go before you and the family, and a hot, 3 Guiding Stars cookie in your hand is a good way to start the day.
