Delicious cool dip with pita triangles you can feel good about.
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, peeled, and grated
- 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 4 whole wheat pita pockets
Instructions
- Mix cucumber, yogurt, garlic, and mint in medium-sized bowl. Top with olive oil. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Cut pita pockets into wedges and bake in preheated 350-degree oven until warm, about 5 minutes. Serve pita triangles with cucumber dip on side.
