Greek Cucumber Dip with Pita Triangles

Delicious cool dip with pita triangles you can feel good about.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, peeled, and grated
  • 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 4 whole wheat pita pockets

Instructions

  1. Mix cucumber, yogurt, garlic, and mint in medium-sized bowl. Top with olive oil. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Cut pita pockets into wedges and bake in preheated 350-degree oven until warm, about 5 minutes. Serve pita triangles with cucumber dip on side.
