Ingredients

  • 3 cups boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • ½ cup plain, non-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp. yellow curry powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ⅓ cup cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Chill 1-2 hours before serving for best taste.
