		<description>This is a great article and really something to think about --
great examples of true portion size. I try to remind myself that my
toddler will eat when she&#039;s hungry and she knows when she is and
isn&#039;t! Anything to keep mealtime from being a battleground is
great.</description>

mother of 4. This lesson hit home to me when we at dinner at their
house once I saw the tiny portions she served her children. They
cleaned their plates &amp; asked for the 2nds they actually wanted
to consume. Less waste, less wasted efforts, no feelings of guilt
on either side: a win/win! Great article!</description>
