It's interesting to me that our relationship with food is becoming
mores point or stars based rather than using our other senses as in
the past and being able to recognize whole food in its natural form
as the healthiest.

Guiding Stars measures nutrient density, so when compared to other
oils... vegetable oil is a nutritious choice. Of course, as with
all foods, moderation must be used when consuming oils. Most
processed turkey products are high in sodium which prevents them
from earning a star. However, there are a number of whole turkeys
without additives that receive stars. I hope that helps.

I don't understand how sliced turkey does not get a star, but plain
vegetable oil does.
